"Digital disclosure - Uncertainties in handling with data and data-theft"
The Representative for Programme and Advertising is authorised by the Regulatory Affairs Commission (ZAK) to effectuate an interpretation and application practice common to all the Länder or states for infringements of basic programming principles and advertising regulations. He develops recommendations for legal supervisory measures for the ZAK.
Furthermore, the Representative prepares decisions on applications for television channels and media services broadcast nationwide. Establishing a common application practice in the granting of certifications of compliance for media services offerings necessitates both the review of concrete applications and the development of common standards.
